| If you have trouble slipping the feeder drive, you can upgrade it to a 4 groove pulley and belt. Other than that, I would think you would be good to go. Ours handles an 8 row 1083 pretty effortlessly and I know a couple around that ran 12 row heads. In good corn, I tried to keep ours around 2000 bph once the stalks dried down. When the stalks were tough, 1500-1800 was running out of power. In 50 bu beans I was doing around 700 bph, but this was with a rotor still set up for corn. A rotor set up properly for beans would do more, and I never cut any beans this year below 13% .
