Piece of electrical equipment youre probably lucky you could get a piece to bolt right in and not have to do some major retrofitting or complete change over
As for frieght, parts don't move for free so someone's gotta pay for it, so unless it was on their shelf and you picked it there's gonna be freight, just the cost of doing business
