Find a old "I" beam or "H" beam and drill holes in it and bolt the exhaust manifold to it using every hole available. "V" out the crack. Slowly heat up the exhaust manifold with a rosebud until it is a cherry red. Weld up with a cast rod or 7018 low hydrogen rod. Immediately pour clean sand over it , completely covering it. Allow it to cool until cold. Have had decent success doing it this way. Taking it up to temp evenly and cooling it down evenly is the key.
