Remove the chain cover from the side of the head with the failed row unit. Remove driven sprocket and remove three bolts securing the bearing plate to frame. The shaft will pull out of the side. If the auger drive sprocket / slip clutch assembly happens to be on the effected side it will have to be removed also. You will most likely find a weld failure of the cluster gear in the gear box. Hope this helps.
