Those are the persons who opponents to carrying should be worried about, not the ones who go about getting a permit to carry legally.

The problem is that the opponents know they are powerless to control the actions of criminals. This is why they wring there hands and proudly announce, "We have to do something." Immediately following that statement is when you can fully expect them to demand meaningless restrictions on the law abiding. It makes them feel like they have accomplished something. |
