just a tish NE of central ND | Not to be smart arsh but if you think crime is not high per capita in rural areas of small town America you are asleep with your eyes closed and cant hear either. man there is shooting every day and tons of other crimes You are lucky if you cant have much crime. I'm not so sure what to think about the concealed carry part myself, but if it is used as protection I have no issues with it or open carrying. Unfortunately good behavior isn't the direction life "here" is taking. |
