Hello all, I am having a problem with a row guide unit on a 9120 with a 3408 corn head with pro 700 running the combine. The row guide seems to not work right. We have followed procedures from CNH but still cannot get the thing to operate at a decent level or smoothness. We have adjusted steering points, d-gain, p-gain, and aggressiveness. But the customer goes about 6-7 mph in his corn. We have got to the point where the RTK Accuguide is smoother running than the row guide. Row guide though runs smooth until combine hits bump and then starts jerking and weaving back and forth. Is this the nature of the product? Does anyone else have the system and can comment on it? Any help appreciated.

I assume all controllers (machine and precision farming) have been updated to the latest software. If you turn RowGuide completely off and just run GPS guidance, does it perform well all the time (including when hitting bumps)?
