Central New York | Hi Ron I understand your point but I'm not at all happy about being looked at by drones. My farm has been flown over many times by different agency's I know this and that's fine above 500 feet according to FAA rules. Where it gets into a gray area is below this altitude. You can Google a Wall street journal article from a month ago about the rules the FAA I considering about these drones for private use. I have personally been looked at by drones from other people at about 75 to 200 feet. I consider this a Trespassing, we will see. I don't subscribe to the tin foil hat crowd but I'm also not for being spied on by larger farms looking to see what I have where. I know this is going on here from some of the offers they have made, so you all best be aware is all I'm saying | |
