Subject: Feed value of corn fines

NC Indiana
How do fines from a corn dryer compare to corn feed/dollar value? Local elevator was saving them for a buyer, but the buyer is full up and they are up to their ears in fines. I didn't know if a guy could pile and pack them for winter feeding or if they were worth messing with for cattle. They also have a pile of corn from a dryer fire they had a week or 2 ago laying there. Any value to this? Corn looks mostly whole, but stained from smoke with a few charred ball in it.

Thanks!
