Imagine that, a disease in the United States at least five times more lethal than Ebola and I'm guessing not more than a handful here have ever heard of it.  I sure had not.  Hell, they haven't even got around to giving it a catchy name yet.  Seems like a stretch to blame it on the immigrant children from Central America though.
