Subject: Fixed Rate or Adjustable?


Tri-State Area (WI, MN, IA)		My 3 year note on my land is coming due soon. Here are the options (all 25 year amortization)

7 year adjustable at 4.50%.
10 year adjustable at 5.00%;
25 year fixed at 5.30%

Getting a fixed rate seems like a no brainer to me, but am I missing any "what ifs"?
