Have you considered vertical tillage? You can perfectly level the top inch or two while leaving the rest untouched, and some units, Salford in particular, can be set to nearly leave all of the residue on the surface
From my experience a vertical tillage tool like a Sanford do not level rough fields. They don't move the dirt.
I also don't think our roller levels anything either. |
