No, 8" u-trough will not keep up with an auger. Sudenga 10" is only rated at 1900 bph. I think NECO 13" would probably keep up. I would highly advise against paying for new u-trough. Unless someone has devised a different "outlet" setup, you do not want them plumbed directly into your bin as they will fill with undesirable material that you do not want in your bin. That means you still need to climb multiple times to do cleanouts, lids, spouts, etc.

If it were my money I would lean towards drag conveyor. Low horsepower requirement, can place gate nearly flush with bottom of trough so they can be permanently piped into bins, etc. Whatever you do, spend the money on catwalk. We didn't and that's one of the things that makes more work. No matter what you put up it will need repairs at some point and you will wish you had the catwalk.
