I appreciate your kind words and concern. I'll try to explain. I've gone to church all my life, when I had time, I used to pray daily at least, thanking God for my life and happiness. When my mom got cancer at 51 I did lots of praying for her, she still died. I guess I have never seen prayer work that was not just a coincidence. Seeing all the pain in the world, especially in children , if there is a God I don't care for Him much. I would really like there to be a God. I can see where believing in God helps some people wether there is one or not. A lot of people need to believe in heaven and hell to stay out of trouble .

Edit.... I don't concider myself an atheist. I think the 10 commandments should be in every school and court house. I still bow my head, still pray some, go to church some, I just don't have the faith or belief I used to.
