SeMN | Replace the air filters!! If your secondary filter was dusty you are running on borrowed time. When was the last time you replaced them. I used to blow out the primary , but would only get a couple days out before I had to do it again. If you are thinking fuel tank vent, after it's been running and losing power , remove the filler cap and see if it sucks in air like there is a vacuum. Or take off the cap and go a few feet to see if your power changes. Ps I really think those rpms are too high, it should run at 2520 no load and 2350 loaded.
