Ansonia-Darke County
Yes, they are outstanding. They are our green dealer of choice and are a 20 minute drive for us and there is a Koenig Equip. that is JD in Greenville and is a 7 minute drive, only make the 7 minute trip if absolutely in a bind or need a part fast which the almost never have, parts inventory is horrible. Kenfeld in Coldwater is great about parts, have a salesman and parts man who drive past our farm to their houses, if we call and order a part and it will fit in their vehicle they will bring by and drop off in shop on bench without us even asking. 9400 combine was down last week due to feederhouse drive problems, had it apart by 10 that night, dad took pieces to Coldwater at 7:15 next morning they put a man on it immediately, had us going by 4:30 that afternoon, probably only lost 4-5 hours of threshing time. 2 summers ago got a man and service call on 4th of July morning to fix variable speed cylinder drive belt on same combine so we could thresh wheat that afternoon. Family owned stores by Lefeld family who have merged with others to have a bigger buying group. Only ever worked with Coldwater but in my opinion they will do whatever they can to earn and keep your business! Also we are STO's, 500 acres 9400 combine, 4640 and 4450 tractors and 7000 planter is all the green we own.
