Should be able to freely turn the pulley by hand with no spots where it feels like it catches. Are you putting new or used walkers in? Are the plastic side pieces in place to keep them from hitting each other? Did something get run through it at one time to maybe damage the hangers? We had to replace one this fall on our 9510 from previous owner damage . Could see rust in the cracks where it came apart on the front hanger. Shouldn't be a timing issue if you haven't taken them all out at the same time. And if there is, that should show up the second you start it.
