| There is a dairy for sale about an hour from here that i am interested.in. I am planning to call sometime this week, are there any questions i should ask that might not come up on my radar. I've never seen the place so plan to ask about how the barn is set up (no dead end alleys), feed storage(bag/bunker/upright, manure storage(type and age), and crop ground (yields, tile, etc). Also plan to ask about heifer facilities and if there is additional land to rent. Probably should ask about water but it has a 4acre lake so should have good water.
What am i missing, big or small?
