southwestern Pa, on the Mason-Dixon line | Hey boys, I just sold some more 4 wt steers off of some salebarn trash cows that I bought last spring at kill price.
Neighbor joked with me all summer to keep those 'ugly cows" in the woods all day and graze them at night because they would wreck somebody on the county road.
So the neighbor wanted to know what the calves brought..... and I said $3.15 a lb.....He said "I guess them ole' cows were ugly all the way to the bank!" LOL! |
