Eastern Washington
In a big kettle - fry up 2# of deer, beef and/or pork burger, dump 2 or 3 cans different kinds of beans with the juice they came in, a can or two of diced tomatos, chop up an onion & some celery, don't forget the garlic - minced or powder. Then I use taco seasoning & a squirt of BBQ or teriyaki sauce. Simmer a couple hours, try a bowl & fine tune it. Cool, put in fridge & eat the next day. Taco seasoning & reheating is where it's at.
