I just recently bought a 3 yr. old Jersey/Shorthorn Cross and threw her into my mixed beef herd. I have a black Angus bull that bred her. Decent price so I thought why not. My idea was that she may act like a dairy bar for some of my calves that are lacking in milk. What do you think?
