When I updated IE explorer, ATT-Yahoo added an extra toolbar that I can not delete. There is an option to disable it temporarily, but trying to permanently  delete it results in a message that says "this action is restricted, for more information, contact your system administrator".  In internet explorer  options, the delete option for this toolbar is in a lighter type and not clickable.  Any suggestions will be appreciated.
