W.C. Mo. | Finding names does not help. Somebody dumped a trailer load of trash just down from the house. Called the sheriffs dept and went to clean it up. Found several bills and school papers with names. Showed them to deputy as we (deputy and I) cleaned up the rest of the mess. He told me the names were not admissible since the defendents could simply say somebody stole the trash and dumped it. The only way the deputy could do anything was if there was a witness and better yet pictures of the offense. | |
