Not sure what Auger Jogger is, but if it is similar to the Hopper Walker (swing auger mover) then it must be the service from those types of companies. We use a Hopper Walker and had very similar issues over the last three years. Parts breakdowns were totally our fault and they stood behind them.
I gotta give a big "thumbs up" to Auger Jogger.
