NoDak if its the one I'm thinking of heard it was $325.00 on a 3x deal.
Some of the wild rents payed for the 2013 crop even up here were nuts. Can't quite believe these guys expected a weather driven $7-8 corn market to last. Sometimes one need to use some good old common sense and "Just say NO"
What happened around here in the later 80's and early 90's the bankers made sure his back side was covered and pretty much everyone else got the shaft...............................
