East of Shelly MN,a younger guys bid 275 (land lord DID NOT trust him,someone else got it for 245) on POORER ground,plus swampish stuff... About Dec 1st 2013, By mid month February 2014 he was lining up his machinery................. He does have a motel,,,,,,,,,,,,,that was not diversified ENOUGH. | |
