Buxton ND | Talked to a friend of mine. Some ground north of Fargo was renting from $200ish an acre,3 year deal. He called me to see if my pencil was sharper,its NOT. He worrying how they can do this ? ? ? He farms in the area (many years) and said its 40 bean and 150 corn ground absolute MAX.
I said the only way they can do it,
They had corn sold 2-3 years out in 2012.
Burning equity.
They think corn will return to the 5-6 dollar range.
