southern MN | Have a fairly small station south of me that has country music, maybe 50-50 new stuff and stuff from the 80s. Very nice mix to hear a little Luke Bryant, a little Barbra Mandrell, Kenny Rogers, and My Tractors Sexy in the same 15 minutes.
They broadcast NASCAR races, and a few NASCAR update shows during the week.
They have 1 minute news breaks on the hour.
They have Linder Farm shows and now Chip
Flories farm hour during the day. Lot of farm coverage, market updates through the day.
They do not have any radio talk show or politics junk of any kind.
They do cover local high school sports which don't interest me but I appreciate the local support this shows.
I find this to be about the perfect radio station ever. I am blessed.
They had a brief episode of the giant neighbor soft rock station that owns them trying to turn it into a clone simulcast repeater station, but local indignation brought back the good station in a couple months.
