NW Washington | My wife used them for a while and their service was very good. They are approved by AARP and Consumer Reports as the best no contract cell service.
My wife had a cheapo Samsung almost smart phone that she had trouble making do what she wanted so our daughter talked her into a iPhone which works great, but also costs us a lot more to operate with a contract and another carrier.
I think Consumer Cell has iPhones now and I will say they are nice to deal with and if you call them you will get a real person in the US to talk to. They also have nice online videos on how to operate various their phones.
