925F, hooked to 8820 T2

Yesterday the reel basicly stopped turning.  All values are in open position.

I tried adjusting the rate in the cab, but that controller does nothing.

Up till then the reel was working great. 

Is it the pump on the reel or??  Where else to look for ideas?
