I agree to check your dry moisture sensor. We flight the outgoing moisture on our sq24 for over a year only to find out the sensor was bad and we didn't know to look for It. I'm not sure if it's the same for your dryer but it was right there by the dry sample hole and took 20 minutes to change out. Make sure the power is off and 2 people make It easier as they didn't give you any extra wire. A little over 300 to replace but it runs consistent like it's supposed to now. The old one was cracked and was obvious it was bad just by taking it out to check it.

Also how often are you re calibrating? It takes a while for the quantum to adjust as it has to get the current grain out and then on the next pass it seems to get better. Our first year we fought it everyday only to realize we weren't giving it enough time to do its thing.

Sounds like you also need the update as was already mentioned. Good luck!
