s nd | That's part of the problem talking test weights and not mattering. You can't change the parameters to fit the logic. Two bins full of corn, one heavier than the other. One field. Or exact same fields/acres. Heavier corn bin is gonna return more bu/acre.
If your 54 lb corn yield could be upgraded to 60 lbs, you would have a better crop. Nobody's saying a 54 lb corn crop can't outyield a 60 lb corn crop. Not part of the argument. Then again, if you're not being docked for low test weight, who cares. | |
