What rate of Fusilade?  Neighbors are running 8-10oz of Select (generic) with crop oil and getting mixed results.  Better by itself, worse if 2,4-D was added, but not what I'd call a good job.

I tried disking some that was bedded up in August with less than stellar results.  The darn stuff is too tall and the stalk too thick to disappear with just one disking.
