McLeod County, MN
Of course you are gonna get shelled by some of the P guys and clowns like Rupert for sharing your experience. I was with the neighbors in a couple of his P fields today, and I know the year was tough, but they were very disappointing for what he threw at them.

You said it died premature. Was it 9834??

No doubt you can raise some good crops with P, but it needs to be babied and you need to throw a ton of cash at it to keep the plants going. To me there is something with their breeding in the 90-105 day RM where they cant get the plant to uptake N as efficiently as comparable hybrids. Just doesnt seem like P provides me a decent ROI. No complaints about the grain quality as its always excellent, but their plants are severely lacking something.
