West of Broken Bow | My mom used to mention how much she enjoyed a fruit flavored drink that she first tried as a little girl while living in Oregon. She had forgotten what the brand name was. Found out it was Delaware Punch. Looks like it's getting harder to find. I'm gonna have to surprise her with some. It appears to be only available in cans.
When she came to Texas she said that Nehi Grape soda was pretty popular. Think I have a few old empty bottles of that brand somewhere. I no longer drink much carbonated drinks anymore. We used to drive to Dublin, TX to the Dr Pepper plant there before the Dublin brand was discontinued. It was kind of a novelty to stop there and also take a walk around the town.
Are there any brands of drinks you once enjoyed that now are no longer available? I've tried a few of the Mexican varieties sold in specialty stores, but I haven't found any so far that I like enough to purchase again.
