Northwest IL. 61261 | Corn- at where I predicted. Finally a good year after 2 years of no rain. Locally we were steady good rains to a little on the wet side thru May and June. Spigot turned off 2nd week of July for the rest of July. Corn had more potential till then. Guys that put enough preplant N on to barely scrape by are seeing below average yields. Guys that fed it all summer are seeing what these hybrids are capable of. In the end is it what the USDA forecasted-NOOOOO | |
