Subject: putting 643 on 6620 side hill

Got a new to me 6620 this year and am done with beans. Trying to get ready to put 643 on for corn. I've got the to bigger hydraulic hose hooked together and the one that raises the reel on the bean head in the coupler on the feeder house. Is that all I need to do? There is another smaller female coupler right beside the other bigger one and a male end on the valve body right under the cab. What are those for? Should there be a short hose connecting those two? Kinda new at this so any advice on setting up and running a 6620 should be great.
