Try to find a good dealer, after it's delivered it's mainly their responsibility to take care of you. Our dealer was poor on that. They hired cheap help to finish things off, then the help would cut corners to get things done. As I understand it they aren't dealers anymore. Again the house itself and All American were fine.
FWIW the wife's sister and husband have had two Design Homes and have been very happy with both of them. Seems like the company was very easy to deal with on any problems that came up. |
