South Central NE | Our water is very good to drink, but we do have very high nitrates so we do the reverse osmosis thing in our house for drinking water. That has no effect on the taste that I can tell. But, I would not make the blanket statement that tap water is always better than bottled. We, at one time, had relatives living in Clinton, MO. I would not drink their water for any reason. It had brown crap in it and tasted as bad as it looked. So the idea that all well water is good and tasty is just plain wrong... | |
