I live in an area where if you don't work either one you truly can't or you are just plain out lazy. The amount of available jobs here is mind boggling. My neighbor is trying to get a pole shed erected but has looked into 5 different building contractors and can't get a contractor to bite. Most are too busy and one flat out said he can't find enough help. Sad
