Subject: RE: how much high moisture corn in a bunk

German Valley, IL
wow 33% ??? I have always been yelled at by our nutritionist if we grind anything over 32% ... just ran a couple loads today that tested 36% and most of what we plan on grinding is going to be that or close to it ... dads hollering we need to get going but the herdsman (aka my sister says don't do it ) lol
we have some corn that is silage or HMC specific so may have to go find some dryer corn to start drying and wait a week to grind .
Ideally i want to grind at 28%
