Subject: Static IP changes when entered into web browser, why? (Watchdog)

East Central Indiana

We have a new drying set up with the watchdog monitoring system.
To view our watchdog monitoring system we enter the static IP we were given. It works perfectly on our iPhones/iPads but when we enter the IP into a web browser on a PC it changes several of the numbers in the IP and won't bring up the page.

Does anyone know why it does this and how we can fix it.
