I guess I'm a DOS/Windows diehard.  I still don't think fruity computing.  I plug my iPhone into my Windows machine and can go out and get my photos like it is another drive.  I plug my iPhone 4s into my MacBook Pro ... and I can't tell it is even there.  How do I move photos from the 4s to the MacBook Pro?
