I know, it would be better to put it in after chopping corn silage or something like that but I don't have that option. And if it doesn't look like a good enough stand to leave for grain I'll kill it off and plant corn in it like most people do with this cover crop. I'm just experimenting with things at this point, just like everyone else is when it comes to cover crops.
