WC Saskatchewan | So i'm combining along fine, and suddenly the clean grain elevator stops. I find a green piece of metal wrapped in the lower clean grain auger.
I've brought the combine home, pulled the chaffer and sieve out and the frame on the RH side, where the bottom sieve sits, is broken in two, and a piece of something behind the frame,can't tell where it goes, is whats caught in the clean grain auger.
So.... where do I start?
Its a 2005 9760 with a chopper.
Can i remove the side piece that is broken, or does the whole works have to come out at once. Is this a one person job? Can it come out with leaving the chopper on?
Don't imagine I'm the first to have this break, can I get a quick rundown on the steps involved.
Wish I had a service manual, but I don't
Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated
