Do you have the deep tooth chaffer and sieve instead of the standard tooth? If so chaffer on 16, sieve on 0(zero). Trust me, plenty of room for the beans to fall through. Took me two years to figure that out. The settings on that little stupid thing they put in the combine is for standard tooth chaffer and sieve.

Concave 14-20
Rotor 420-550, in rare cases have went up to 650
Fan 950-1100
Chaffer 16-18
sieve 0 (ZERO)!

this is on a 9770 and 35 ft platform
