NE KS | Just my 2 cents. Look into being an ag extension agent. I know they don't make much (I used to be one). They build up vacation and sick leave pretty quick. Also They usually have a flex schedule which means you take off a little early at certain times if your not truely busy. They have ok retirement and pretty good benefits. The down side, during fair your married to it and you have to put up with the 4-H BS. (I liked working with the kids it was the crazy overbearing parents I couldn't stand). I was lucky our county had a agent just for 4-H so I only had to help with the livestock. | |
