NE SD | Could be an allergic reaction to a bug bite. I got stung by a wasp and the next day my hand looked a lot like yours, swollen and hurting and itching. I did go the Dr. and got prednisone and benadryl. Don't underestimate the damage a reaction can have. Years ago I got bitten by a spider and ended up having the bite lanced drained but weeks of packing it with gauze as it had gotten quite deep and needed to heal from the inside. If your hand isn't better, do get it checked before it spreads. | |
