I have found if the pusher bolts are turning free, and by free I mean you can turn them in and out by hand the whole way, put some good pressure on them, alternate between the 2 bolts many times with a 3/4 ratchet, and worse case tap on the inside of the main casting with a sledge, you can get them wedges out!
