I would budget a stong pre emerge and burndown herbicide program, with a a strong post at 21 days after emergence. Gotta have it clean to hit top yields.
I would budget a full seed treatment and plant 2 of the highest yielding soybean maturities for your zone.
I would budget a fungicide + insecticide + foliar feed product for R3.
Manure would be your best friend in this scenario. I'm not sure your soil type, but make sure your ph's aren't any lower than 6.3 6.4 or much higher than 7.0 for this test. Dependign on your p1 & k levels, i'd get a spinner and put out 200 lbs pot ash and 200 pbs map for good measure this fall and 100lbs ams.
